How it works
From Resume to Live Map
Machine learning maps every member's career into a shared space. The closer the dot, the closer the career. No cold-DMing strangers — you start from the people already in your orbit.
You land on the map
Matches are ranked by fit and grouped into career neighborhoods. Hog Pro users can also walk those neighborhoods in Block World.
Message your matches
Click a node or press TALK near a Block World peer to open a secure one-to-one DM. If they're away, they get a message-waiting nudge by email.
Privacy
Masked Until You Talk
Networking only works if showing up on the map is safe. So the map shows careers, not identities — and you hold the switch.
Honest fine print: the map and DMs are for members, not recruiters. Nobody gets your contact details, there are no job offers inside, and how many close matches you see depends on how many members share your field.
- Names stay masked until you talk. Until then you're "Jane D." to everyone, and everyone is "Jane D." to you.
- We never show your email, phone, or resume to other members. Only career facts: title, seniority, industry, skills, coarse location.
- City-level location appears only when enough members share that city — otherwise it stays coarse.
- Opt out any time in Settings — on every plan, free included. Blocking is supported.

Is my name visible to other members?
No. Names stay masked (like "Jane D.") until the two of you actually talk. Other members only see career facts: title, seniority, industry, skills, and coarse location. We never show your email, phone number, or resume.
Who can message me?
Only signed-in premium members whose career map includes you can start a conversation, and they only see your masked profile until you talk. You can block anyone, and you can opt out of networking entirely in Settings on any plan.
How do I opt out?
Open Settings in ResumeHog and switch networking off. Opt-out is available on every plan, free included, and you can turn it back on any time.
What does it cost?
