Job hunting is painful even when the market is not as brutal as it is now in late October 2025.
I remember arriving in Canada as a new immigrant and worrying about becoming homeless. It felt like a race against time. Either land a job or go completely broke. I mean real financial insecurity.
Back in Dhaka, Bangladesh, I could have crashed with my parents or lived with relatives. Not fun, but possible.
In North America, it is a hog-eat-hog world. You either land something before your savings run out or you are toast.
In times like these, tailoring your resume feels extra burdensome. It can feel more painful than a root canal.
I cannot give everyone jobs, but I can take this burden off your shoulders.
The first two tailoring runs are on the house.
While you are at it, keep upskilling. Earn relevant certifications and build projects. With ChatGPT in the mix, you can build and showcase projects quickly.
Another benefit of resumehog is the Skill Analyzer module. Save your resume to the server using the “Save Resume” button after generation. The tool compares your saved resume with a pasted job description and suggests online courses and projects to close the gap. It is available for Pro users for now.
I wish I could offer it for free as well, but a hog’s gotta eat.
